Welcome: Let us explore the possibilities together, discovering the riches of Christian Spirituality

Come on a retreat, it is a place where we turn back to God. If we are not pursuing God on a daily basis we are on a gradual process of falling away from God. The ember of our heart grows cold if we are not fanning the flame of our love for God. It’s all about finding that place in our lives for God, taking time, making room daily to return back to God. It is a dicipline of developing a rhythmic habit of taking time with God. Having that commitment to form that love bond with our friend and creator. Through that union with god we become more like Christ, having that central focus of being about the fathers business.

The spiritual journey of discovery starts with a desire to encounter a God who is approachable.

You are not alone as if drifting aimlessly in the stream of life. God is listening and with confidence we are able to approach God like David a king of old. "I call on you, O God, for you answer me, give ear to me and hear my prayer? Psalm 7:6.

"Be still and listen to his voice"

"But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles , they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:31.

It falls back to discovering the ancient forms of faith, releasing a renewed sight of a monastic style faith with discipline, to bring once more that rest,  a place to meet, to be alone, explore, and most of all sit at the feet of God and not rush away. This at times is a sacrifice and feels unproductive, however the Lord is looking for us to just be with and spend time with him.

Aspiring to become all that God would have me to be!

People and things that inspire me to become the person

who God wants me to become"

I'm in the process of trying to finish my book and the book theme is about a young guy who is aimless and always in trouble, and doesn't know if his parents are dead or alive. He has gone from foster home to foster home, and has been in numerous orphanages. The story begins with him moving to another location, but this one move is going to be the one that bring the transformation that he needs. A od guy takes him under his wing and teaches Tobar who the Monarch of the Universe is,and prepares him to meet his Anam Cara, his soul friend who will teach him how to be a Seer for the Monarch of the Universe. I have read a number of James' books and his writing inspired me, and I'm at a place now of trying to edit my chapters, what I really liked about his books is the concise short engaging chapters, and thought why not ask James Rubart, how do you do this? I stumbled across his Website and wrote to him and  I am hoping to hear from him.  Thur 19, Feb, 2015 Contacted him through his website James L. Rubart

I first came in contact with Lacy, due to a searching for the word Wanderlust and left a comment on her page. I loved website being so clean and streamlined and asked her what company she used, gave advice and created my own Blog. https://momentsofthesacred.wordpress.com/ The topics she covers resonates with my soul.

    Mission:

My mission is to be a husband that loves, supports, cares for and provides for my wife emotionally, spiritually, finically, and physically. I'm a father of two sons and I will be a caring, loving, nurturing father slow to anger and supportive and available to guide and encourage through every stage of their development. Beyond family I will be open to help all who need support, being a spiritual advisor in similar attributes toward my children of caring, loving, nurturing, slow to anger and supportive being available to guide and encourage through every stage of their development. I Have a listening ear toward people and God, giving insight and advice, giving a word in season to all with God's help. I will love, accept, and welcome in my actions, speech and demeanour. I have to stay close to God and family having a balance when helping others in servant hood.

    Success:

I experience success in my life when I reach $100,000 a year or even beyond to support my immediate family and other relatives and friends. Work at an occupation that gives me job satisfaction and is in an occupation that helps other people in the process. (Is this a biblical / kingdom orientated success?)

  • To fall in line with my writing aspirations and earn an income: I will start being a copywriter, and make some money to support family and use for the other goals I have in mind mentioned above.

  • With God's leading have a mentor like an apprenticeship, with me who I respect and admire to opened by God, and the leading of the Holy Spirit.

"Don't ask yourself what you want to be," It's "Better to ask yourself who you want to be. Find someone you respect for who they are, not what they do, and emulate them."

  • Participate in a class as a student on writing and teach/present side by side with teacher.

  •  Be spiritually connected to the Lord and with people who are sensitive to the sacred and holy, have an intimate relationship with the Lord, to be connected to leaders I respect and can be motivated and encouraged by, by having them as my friends.

  • Aim, Dream, Goal, Mission. (As the Lord leads)

  • To one day finish my first book and have it published to then use this as a resource and a tool to facilitate retreats and pilgrimages.

I will one day own and run a retreat center. God willing, a quiet place of peace and stillness from the business of life. Where people experience ripples of spirit and truth, through a regular daily rhythm of praise, listening, praying, being still, resting in God, learning to let go of the cares of the world and letting God have control.

I aspire to be a life coach, to learn and teach dream casting, goal writing, prayerfully pursuing the aims discovered by the leading of the Holy Spirit to discover personally and be a  spiritual advisor/mentor.

All over shadowed with love and allowing everything to be Christ centered, and firmly rooted in the scripture, the love letter to all who will listen. Also listen to the voices of the past Celtic saints and their example of living, wrapped up in spending time in nature, Gods creative handy work.

The creative aspect I want to interweave into the B&B / Retreat center having a gallery for local artists and artizens to display their work and my own work.
How and when this unfold is in the hands of the Lord.

Dream big as the Lord is big enough to handle it, if you only Believe.
